Stuart Orlowski
I joined the board because I’ve loved Midway ever since I moved to Saint Paul in 2014. I now live in the neighborhood and have seen the beauty of the neighborhood and the challenges. Midway has some of the most interesting people and homes in Saint Paul. Hamline Park is a gem.
