A Tour of Twelve22 Apartment
HMC staff and members of the Development Committee joined Union Park District Council members recently for a tour of Twelve22, a new apartment building at University and Griggs. JB Vang, a local real estate firm, has transformed the former coffin factory into airy, industrial-chic apartments with great views. Historic amenities such as high ceilings, structural piers, cast-iron railings, and even a decommissioned safe give a quirky character to apartments and common areas. Twelve22 is complete and apartments are available to rent, including a number of affordable units.
