The Midway Project

The Midway Food & Empowerment Project is a resident-led initiative established in May 2020. During our near-weekly distributions at the Hancock Recreation Center, we have built a community of care that supports an average of 50 families each week.
We rely on community involvement and awareness to continue to support these families! Help us provide baby care, household items, and food for these families by donating through the link below!

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
During severe weather – or the consequences of severe weather – it is possible we may have to cancel a previously scheduled distribution. We highly recommend neighbors call our Midway Project number the morning of scheduled distributions on days when the weather is severe and/or travel is difficult before heading over to Hancock to see if we have cancelled for the day. We will always announce cancellations no later than 10am on distribution day.

Not just us... You too!
