Cara Beaufort

Cara is a Junior in Highschool at Great River School and has been interning with Hamline Midway Coalition for about a year. She is interested in politics and economics, and is passionate about justice for minorities. Her work activities include helping run HMC’s social media and assisting in events they host. At 16 years old Cara works at her three jobs, helps out with her six younger siblings and still manages to get all A’s in her classes. She works hard to be accomplished while taking care of the people around her. In Cara’s free time she likes to use her sewing machine, bake sweets, watch sitcoms, and play with her cat named Kitten. Cara plans to go into family medicine as her future career and hopes to bring her background of civic engagement and community building to support her through it.
