Mosaic on a Stick
Mosaic on a Stick has been creating an inclusive community art space in the Midway since 2004 — a Black-, Indigenous-, and woman-owned space where art, creativity, and connection come together.
In addition to their studio and art supply shop, Mosaic on a Stick has helped create murals, public art, and community projects across the Twin Cities centered around healing, collaboration, and bringing people together.
This business profile is part of Hamline Midway Coalition’s Snelling and University Commercial Corridor program, a comprehensive creative placemaking and corridor activation initiative along key commercial stretches of Snelling Avenue and University Avenue within the Hamline Midway neighborhood. Snelling and University is one of several commercial corridors receiving funding from the City of Saint Paul. This funding advances economic development projects and programs as part of the Commercial Corridor Organization Assistance Program.
