Hamline Midway Coalition

Neighbor and Housing Stability Committee

Formerly the Renters Engagement Committee, this group has long been a space dedicated to supporting and advocating for the rights and well-being of renters in Hamline Midway. As we continue listening to our neighbors, we’ve heard clearly that affordability, food insecurity, and housing instability affect our community far beyond any single group. In response, we are broadening the committee’s focus to better serve all of our neighbors.

The Community Stability Committee works alongside renters, homeowners, and unhoused neighbors to advocate for stability, dignity, and access to resources across our community. Through projects like Neighborhood Navigators, this committee offers a place to plug in, whether you’re looking to contribute time or resources through mutual aid, or seeking support and connection for yourself or someone you know.
