Cara Luebke
Cara Luebke is the Public Policy Coordinator at the Child Care Aware of Minnesota Coordinating Office, where she supports early childhood advocates through leadership development and policy engagement. She holds a Master’s in Advocacy and Political Leadership and has spent significant career time in youth development. Outside of work, Cara is a devoted cat lover, co-parent, Little Free Librarian, and a big fan of St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood, where she finds joy in community, connection, and mutual aid.
My Midway Moment
My favorite midway moments are when people walk past our Little Free Library and take a look around, or even a photo. Seeing folks engage in the tiny building is such a joy. I’ve noticed people put things in there, and take what they want and need and smile. It’s an absolute joy!
