Hamline Midway Coalition invites residents and small businesses residing in the HMC district to apply for mini grants to complete small projects. The purpose of this program is to provide people within our neighborhoods the opportunity to improve the quality of life in the Hamline Midway Neighborhood.
We fund projects that involve or engage the community and meet one or more of the following objectives:
- Bring new and diverse people into conversations and activities in their community
- Strengthen existing relationships and partnerships in our community
- Increase residents’ impact on public decisions and community life
Technical Support (Fiscal Sponsorships)
Hamline Midway Coalition staff have broad experience conceptualizing, developing and implementing community-oriented projects and initiatives. We also serve as fiscal agent (meaning we can "hold" money for a group in our bank account) for many neighborhood groups, and have helped many groups apply for funding. Let us know if you have an idea for a community project and need some support and we'll do what we can to help.
