The Saint Paul Planning Commission recently approved a proposed commercial development district for a facility named Can Can Wonderland located at 755 Prior Avenue in Ward 4. City ordinance requires the public hearing portion of the council process to be held within the actual ward where the commercial development district resides. The public hearing will be held on at St Paul Neighborhood Network’s new headquarters at 550 Vandalia Street, Suite 170.
