HMC Development Committee Meeting


The HMC Development Committee:  1) Develops initiatives to build the local economy and improve infrastructure, amenities, and services in the Hamline Midway neighborhood; 2) Represents and promotes the Hamline Midway neighborhood and HMC community development/local economy initiatives to potential developers, the City of Saint Paul, local agencies, and other interested parties; 3) Works with HMC staff to review potential developments and land use applications (for licenses, variances, conditional use permits, re-zonings, etc. ) and makes recommendations for action regarding such requests to developers, the HMC Board of Directors, and/or the City, as appropriate. 

The Hamline Midway Coalition Development Committee meets the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m.

All are welcome to join HMC's Development Committee meeting Thursday, February 11th at 6:30 pm. We'll be joined by Kowsar Mohamed, senior project manager at PED, to learn about local projects in development in the neighborhood. We'll also be discussing housing initiatives, the investment cooperative, and any other issues of concern to those who live, work, and study in the neighborhood!
