Hamline Midway Coalition

Community Building Committee meetings are generally held on the first Monday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm in the Hamline Midway Library at 1558 W. Minnehaha Ave.

The purpose of the Community Building Committee is to: 1) Coordinate the annual Hamline Midway Spring Festival; 2) Organize an annual block club coordinator workshop; 3) Monitor neighborhood crime/safety/livability issues and serve as a liaison between HMC and the St. Paul Police Department; 4) Develop and implement events, projects, and programs that will strengthen community relations and/or improve neighborhood livability and/or prevent crime and/or increase safety. When appropriate, the committee will make recommendations for action to the HMC Board of Directors.
